where the directions for doing this?Please tell you have some!
…I recognize that you captured the video and you have used a flv player…. I have successfully conquered that process
but I don’t know how to do that and then put it into the blog so others can see! I think it is the “player” part that I don’t understand with regards to the blog?
I will come for a lesson!!

Vaughn,
The player is called “Podpress.” It is a plugin that only works in WordPress blogs. I am uncertain what an equivalent for Blogspot is.
I know for Blogspot, you’ll have to upload your FLV file in one place and only link to it in your blog’s post. Try Widget box [http://www.widgetbox.com/] and see if they have an FLV player widget that will work in Blogspot.
