Equivalency Sort
Posted: January 28th, 2010 by MichelleStudents are asked to sort decimal, percent, picture, and verbal equivalents of common fraction benchmarks. This flipchart can be used as a station or small group activity for two to five students. Addresses TEKS 6.1A&B, 6.3B, and 7.1A&B. The first page contains decimal and percent equivalents for one-third and two-thirds and is only appropriate for 7th or 8th grade and 6th grade pre-AP. The second page is identical, except that it does not have those repeating decimal values and can be used for 6th grade academic students. Created by Michelle Fontenot
