Up and Down Tiles

It is identical to card #1 in Marcy Cook's Up and Down Tiles set and can be used to model thought processes before students attempt to solve the cards on their own. The red portion of the thermometer can be moved up and down to demonstrate moving on a vertical number line.
Designed to address TEKS 7.2C, but is appropriate for 7th or 8th graders.

Addins and Subtracting Decimals

Objective: Given a decimal problem-solving situation, the learner will be able to solve that problem by using addition and subtraction of decimals with 100% accuracy.
