This flipchart has been designed to be used on the first day of school in an Algebra II PreAP class. It gives the standards and expectations of the class, the scope and sequence of the course, and provides a review of simplifying expressions and solving equations for the first day's assignment. The answer key to the review is also provided. In addition, there is a Ma and Pa Kettle video clip that illustrates the importance of really understanding mathematical concepts.
