Session 2: What is Web 2.0?

This is the second REQUIRED Web 2.0 session in this online professional development series. Whether you just take Session 1 and Session 2 or this series, or take all of them, please remember that you MUST complete Session 1 and Session 2 FIRST.

After completing Session 1,  it’s time to actually understand a little what Web 2.0 actually is. This second module is a short one. The goal here to understand what Web 2.0 is and how it differs from the old web, Web 1.0 or the “Read Only Web.”

  1. Understand what Web 2.0 (Read/Write Web) is and how it differs from the Read Only Web
  2. Understand how Web 2.0 has changed the way participants like yourself uses the Internet
